Daytime - Commencement Activities
Morning exercises: Tickets are limited and on a first come first served basis. ONE ticket per alum – NO EXCEPTIONS. To order a ticket, please email kailey_walsh@harvard.edu with your full name, year of graduation, school, mailing address, phone number or email. Tickets will be mailed in early May.

8pm - Informal Gathering
With the 10th Reunion at the Cambridge Queen's Head, cash bar.

Harpoon Brewery will be providing a tasting of a selection of their beers from 8-9pm to kick off Reunion Weekend.

Daytime - Radcliffe Day Program & Luncheon
Honoring the 2011 Radcliffe Medal recipient Ela Bhatt, founder of Self-Employed Women's Association. Register online at the Radcliffe Day website.
3pm - Class of '06 Reception at Harpoon Brewery
Join us for a special hour-long reception for the Class of '06 at Harpoon's brewery in downtown Boston. Harpoon IPA, Summer Beer, and UFO White will be served on draft, along with a few other special beers for tasting. The reception will take place in a behind-the-scenes location at Harpoon's brewery; members of the Class of '06 will be greeted at the Visitor's Entrance. Thanks to the generosity of the folks at Harpoon, this event is 100% free!

The format will be more of a reception than a traditional tasting. There will be IPA, UFO White, and Summer draft served in 16 oz cups, and some 100BBL, Leviathan, and Cider bottles on hand for sampling.

Start time is 3:00pm, last call will be around 3:45, last beer poured at around 3:55, which means everyone can be on their way by 4:30.

For those interested in taking public transportation, we'll be taking the T at 1:45pm. Please meet us shortly beforehand at ABP's outdoor seating area in Harvard Square. 7pm - Welcome Back Bash
Casual dinner and full open bar under the McCurdy Track Tent at Athletics. $75.

12pm - 5th Reunion Field Day
Redbones BBQ, open bar (beer & wine), and lawn games in Harvard Yard. $45 (price will increase to $50 after 5/6).

7pm - Last Chance Dance Redux
Class cocktail party with locally sourced buffet dinner, full open bar, DJ, and dancing in the Eliot House Courtyard. $85 (price will increase to $95 after 5/6).

10am - Memorial Service
A river house common room.
11am - Farewell Brunch
A river house dining hall. $30 (price will increase to $35 after 5/6).

Important Information

Where you go when you arrive: Reunion Headquarters, Mac Quad

The Reunion Headquarters for the 5th, 10th, and 15th Reunion will be located under the tent in the Mac Quad, just next to the Malkin Athletic Center by Winthrop, Eliot, and Kirkland. When you arrive, check-in at Reunion Headquarters to obtain your name badge and tickets you've purchased for events. If you registered for housing, a dorm access card and keys to your room will be included in your registration packet. The Reunion Registration desk will not float to and from each event, you must obtain your registration materials before attending the first event you've registered for. When leaving campus, please check-out at Reunion Headquarters leaving your room keys and dorm access cards.

Reunion Registration Headquarters Hours: Reunion Housing: In the River Houses

If you have registered for Reunion Accommodations, you will be housed in one of the River Houses with other Reunion attendees. In your dorm room you will find sheets (your bed will be made—thanks dorm crew!), a pillow, towels, and soap. You will be given a Reunion Blanket, which is yours to keep, upon checking-in at Headquarters. We hope you enjoy your stay in on campus!

Where you park: HBS/Soldier's Field Park Garage

If you plan to drive to campus, please park at the HBS Parking Lot on North Harvard Street, across from the Football Stadium at Athletics. Click here for the parking pass. Please print it and put it on your dash for Reunion Weekend. The pass will allow you to park free of charge for the duration of your stay in Cambridge, but will expire after Sunday, May 29. There will be shuttles looping between the parking lot and the Square—feel free to hop on and identify yourself as a Reunion attendee.

Reunion Events: Walk-in Registrations will be accepted!

Online registration closes Tuesday, May 24 at 12:00 noon; please encourage your friends who have not yet registered to do so before then so we can prepare their registration packet and name badge in time. However, in the case that someone decides to attend last minute, we will not turn anyone away from attending the Reunion. If you've registered for only some events and you would like to add to your order, please do so at the event registration—we will accept cash or check. Event pricing will not increase.
